The run from Dijon was a straight canal right to Saint Jean de Losne. We entered the Saone and felt the current immediately. After an hour we were looking for our night stop. We pulled over to the left bank and moored. We went for several runs in the dinghy testing the outboard motor. The food was cooked on a BBQ fire ashore which is where Jean-Noel and Patricia decided to spend the night till it rained. As they climbed aboard they dropped their sleeping bags into the river. |
